This Lent has been such an opportunity for grace. It has been a true joy and blessing to share my faith with you during the weeks of the Lentiest Lent ever. I knew writing "why I love being Catholic" a second time would be challenging for me, but I also knew that it was His will and not mine. I am not one to share the true feelings of my heart, especially to all of Facebook. Being vulnerable and open about something so dear to me is difficult, or at least, it was.
Living Lent 2 once again helped me to grow spiritually, digging into the depths of my heart to discover why I am grateful to be Catholic. The Lord was then asking me to open up to all of you, sharing intimate pieces of my relationship with Christ, witnessing my love for Him.
Many of you have reached out with kind words about my writings, and for that, I am so grateful. The fears I had about sharing my heart have been relieved.
The Lord has used this journey to make me a better disciple, and I sincerely hope these bits of reflection have also brought you closer to Christ this Lent.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for journeying with me this Lent. I love you all, my brothers and sisters in Christ. May your Easter Season be filled with His Blessings.
